I've just returned from an intense vegan macrobiotic yoga and detox retreat up a mountain in Italy... The weather was beautiful, so I'm very tanned, slightly more flexible than usual and longing for a proper hot summer (and am extremely disappointed that London has decided to return to two-pairs-of-tights weather).
