I recently found a black cropped jacket with a shearling collar when I was helping my flatmate spring clean her room, that I had to borrow immediately. It's just got warm enough in London to ditch the warm full length coat, and I'm fully taking advantage of the weather with some messy layering, just like this wicked girl. Coincidentally the aforementioned flatmate is in the habit of wearing her cardigan as a scarf when she's cold, which would create the same great wtf? effect as above.

Mila Kunis is one of my top 3 most beautiful women, and excitingly she's in a film with the other two (Natalie Portman and Winona Ryder) in a film about ballerinas made by the director of one of my favourite films (Darren Aronofsky/The Fountain). Lucky me! Not so lucky is that no release date is set for the UK as yet... Watch this space.

Baldovino Barani shoots Yana Pova for Archetype X Magazine. I haven't jumped on the 3-D movie trend this year, but can someone tell me if it looks different with 3-D specs on? This makes my eyes feel quite strange but I like it.

Well it's the Oscars tonight... I'm not going to watch it but I await the endless and inescapable coverage of fashion hits and misses. I bloody hope Tilda and Cate are going, because everyone seems to play it so safe these days. CB wore the outfit above to the 2000 Oscars, and it remains one of my favourites- a perfect blend of classic glamour, exotic edginess and undone insouciance. Definitely a red carpet hero.
